Peenuts Review Does Peenuts Work?

Peenuts is a dietary supplement that is specifically designed to treat and improve the function of the prostate. A common condition that often arises in men as they get older is a condition known as prostatitis, which often includes symptoms of an enlarged or inflamed prostate and problems with urination. Peenuts claims that it can improve symptoms of prostatitis, and has even stated that 69% of men who took Peenuts reduced nearly all of their symptoms, and is an indication that it can reduce a large number of prostate issues. Unfortunately, the only source for this study is on the Peenuts website, making the validity questionable. In addition, the main ingredients included in the Peenuts formula are various vitamins and minerals, rather than natural herbs and extracts proven to normalize prostate function.

Peenuts Ingredients:

The active ingredients included in the Peenuts’ formula are Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Zinc, Selenium, Glycine, Glutamic Acid, Saw Palmetto Extract, Pumpkin Seed, Pygeum Extract, Stinging Nettle Root, Echinacea Purpurea, Garlic, and Gingko Biloba.

Does Peenuts Work?

Maybe, while it is true that Peenuts does include a large amount of vitamins and minerals, as opposed to all natural ingredients, many of the ingredients included in the Peenuts formula have been shown to support the prostate. One of the main active ingredients included in the formula is Zinc. Zinc has been proven in multiple studies to inhibit the development of negative prostate issues, including a study that was conducted by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). While Zinc may not be a complete cure for treating the prostate because it cannot eliminate prostate problem cells, it may be able to support other ingredients in improving prostate health.

In addition to Zinc, the Peenuts’ formula also includes Vitamin E and Selenium. These two ingredients have been known to be potential treatments for various prostate issues, but currently no studies have been done proving they are effective. Garlic and Pumpkin Seed have also been thought to reduce the size of the prostate, but no studies have been conducted to prove their effectiveness in treating the prostate either. Unfortunately, many of the other ingredients included in the formula have not been proven successful at treating prostate issues.

Is Peenuts Safe?

No, one of the main concerns with Peenuts is its inclusion of Gingko Biloba. This active ingredient has been known to increase the risk of stomach cramping, nausea vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, heart palpitations, and bleeding. It is highly recommended that individuals who take antidepressants consult a doctor before use of Peenuts as the Gingko Biloba root included in the formula may cause serious complications.

Peenuts Final Grade: Grade: C

It may be true that Peenuts can help with certain prostate issues, but there is no evidence that suggests that it will be able to cure any underlying conditions or even produce noticeable improvements. The Zinc included in the formula will definitely help in reducing the risk for prostate problems, but there is no definitive proof that it can act as a treatment. Ultimately, this product is fairly average, and shows no signs of being able to significantly improve or treat the prostate.
