While there are many natural prostate products on the market that can produce tremendous results, this is not one of them. The main ingredient that Antiva uses to combat the effects of BPH is beta-sitosterol, which claims it can rejuvenate blood flow to the groin area, and, most importantly, pump fresher and younger blood into the prostate- one of the key components of prostate health. While many of these claims seem too good to be true, Antiva also includes a secret proprietary formula blend that claims it can increase the efficacy of their ingredients, which can also reduce prostate problems. The product is relatively cheap compared to other prostate products on the market, where one 60-count bottle costs $19.95.

The main active ingredients used in Antiva is comprised of a number of sterols, including beta-sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasterol, and brassicasterol. Other ingredients include pumpkin seed oil, zinc, citrate, and selenium

Does Antiiva Work?

Although the company that produces and sells Antiva may list numerous ingredients that claim to help and improve the prostate, the truth is, Antiva will not be effective. While it is true that beta-sitosterol is considered an effective treatment for BPH, studies have shown that the ingredient is nowhere near as effective without the inclusion of Saw Palmetto, a potent berry extract. Beta-sitosterols enhance the effects of Saw Palmetto, not the other way around. Most sterols enhance the prostate-boosting effects of Saw Palmetto, and without that key ingredient, the sterols are essentially useless.

Aside from the various sterols included in Antiva’s formula, the other active ingredients are not proven to be effective either. Pumpkin seed oil has never been proven to be a viable treatment for BPH or any other prostate problems. While scientists are testing it for its ability to fight various prostate problems, there is no hard evidence to show that it might help in the treatment of the prostate.
