Golden Lion Prostate Review Does Golden Lion Work?

While many common prostate supplements claim to improve prostate health along with urinary function, Golden Lion takes it a step further and claims to be able to reduce erectile dysfunction (ED). Golden Lion states that this is their “prowess” factor, which enables men to renew their sexual abilities that are often times diminished with age. Although Golden Lion does not contain Saw Palmetto, an ingredient often found in reputable prostate products, there is a wide range of natural ingredients, including fenugreek seed and ginseng, which the product claims are just as effective.

The main active ingredients included in the Golden Lion formula are Fenugreek Seed, Parsley, Ginseng, Oats, and Zinc.

Does Golden Lion Work?

Possibly, there is a chance that Golden Lion will produce some results, however, these results will not be due to the Fenugreek Seed or the Parsley. Both of these ingredients have no scientific relevance towards treating the prostate or any sexual processes in men. In addition, Parsley has a negative side effect which can cause quick bowel movements in men.

One of the other ingredients included in this product is Ginseng. Some clinical studies have shown that Ginseng may actually improve sexual performance and desire. Based off of a study conducted in Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, laboratory animals that were taking ginseng regularly were able to have more frequent erections and engaged in more mating exercises. These clinical studies suggest that Ginseng may in fact be an effective treatment for ED. However, neither Ginseng nor any of the other ingredients included in Golden Lion’s formula have been shown to improve prostate or urinary function. While Zinc may reduce a man’s risk for developing prostate issues, there has been no evidence showing it having a direct effect on the prostate or urinary function.

Is Golden Lion Safe?

No, one of the main ingredients included in Golden Lion’s formula, Ginseng, has been known to cause nausea, diarrhea, rapid changes in blood pressure, headaches, and even has been known to trigger mania-like symptoms in men who take antidepressants. Also, Parsley, which is another active ingredient in the formula, has been known to trigger sudden bowel movements in men.

Although Golden Lion’s formula does contain Ginseng, which has been proven to help with ED, there are no ingredients in the product that have been proven to improve prostate or urinary function. In addition, with the large amount of negative side effects that can arise from the various ingredients, and lack of ability to treat the prostate, this product is not highly recommended.
