Does Prostate Complete Work?

Not very effectively. Their saw palmetto extract appears to be a condensed or hybridized version of the extract, which may not be as powerful as pure saw palmetto. It's true that saw palmetto was shown to reduce urinary problem caused by an enlarged prostate. However, some health organizations, including the Mayo Clinic, are even starting to recommend it as a natural alternative to prescription drugs.

Its other ingredients, including pygeum africanum, graviola herb and cat's claw, are also potent herbs that promote prostate health in many ways. The problem here isn't the fact that it's not effective, though. It's the fact they're using low quality powders instead of pure extracts or liquids.

Unlike pure extracts, condensing herbs into a powdered form strips it of most of its nutritional quality, meaning the benefits associated with that herb are significantly reduced. In some cases it removes all of its nutritional properties, making it about as effective as a sugar pill.

So if you think these ingredients can legitimately help, you're right. But using powders over pure extracts reduces its ability to promote those benefits.
