I have always considered myself very healthy. I have been eating a vegan diet for about 5 years. I eat predominantly organic foods with an emphasis on foods in their whole state. I exercise and drink distilled water, wake up with green tea...every healthy thing one can do - I do. I had never done a colon cleanse before so I thought I might as well add it too my list of good things I do for my body. I went into the cleanse thinking I wouldn't see much of a result since my body MUST already be clean.

It has been a month so far and I have seen my fair share of results...I can't believe how clean I thought my insides were. I have passed weird long strands with pouches on them that smell so foul. I am shocked by what I see in the porcelain throne. I feel amazing, better than I felt before the cleanse...my belly is warm and light and I have a lot more energy. I also don't get the same allergic-like reactions to foods that I reacted to before the cleanse.

So coming from someone who has assumed that I was too healthy and too young to do a colon cleanse, just do it...you will be shocked at what has been hiding in your gut and slowing you down. Very easy for the body to adjust to. You never know how clean you are until you TRY the colon cleanse. You may be surprised!

Well, I just finished my first 30 day cleanse. I am so excited. I have lost 7 lbs., I feel great, I'm eating healthier, and I'm able to make it the whole day chasing a very active 3 year old! I have noticed that my skin has gotten a lot more healthy looking! I have very dry skin and it looks great; the makeup goes on even and I feel like I look at least a couple years younger (minus the gray hair). I wish this product, as wonderful as it is, would take gray hair away...why not? It does everything else!

I don't think that I have ever had a normal bowel movement until I used your product! It was just as you described. I was having hard, dark stools that actually caused tearing maybe once every three days. With your product, I now have soft, light brown stools one to two times per day. It did not cause any emergency runs to bathroom or the cramping I had experienced with other products. I now have less headaches and experience less agitation in day-to-day activities.
