What is Flex Now?

FlexNow is a softgel-based joint supplement from BSP Pharma. Its formulation revolves around a high-triterpene extract of shea nuts.

Do the ingredients in Flex Now help promote bone health?

FlexNow’s ingredients are very non-traditional. It uses an extract of shea nuts which are high in fatty acids like palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic, and arachidic acids. The only scientific study on Butyrospermum parkii nut extract we found was this one. There is anecdotal evidence of FlexNow working from customer reviews but until there is more scientific evidence of the extract working, we can neither condemn nor condone the use of FlexNow.

One confusing issue is that there are two different labels of the same product. We’ve learned that they are the same.

Is Flex Now safe?

We found no artificial dyes or other dangerous chemicals in FlexNow.
